Breath-work is an active meditation that includes a number of different controlled breathing practices. Through rhythmic, intentional breathing, one can move stuck energy in the body, releasing emotions and limiting stories. With gentle support and guidance, the breath may be used to connect and release energy throughout the body, leading to clarity, insight, and heightened intuition. For us, the breath has become a weekly health regimen for staying inspired, activated, and aware. Enjoy the cleansing effects of this practice so that you can start anew!

Healing Hand
Healing Hand is a private sound and energy therapy session hosted by both Vinny Colandrea of Reverb Yogi, sound practitioner and Ashley Miller of Moon and Wind, Licensed Massage Therapist. This is a special opportunity to experience close, intimate time with a variety of instruments while also receiving intuitive energy work, and bodywork focused on the neck, head, and third eye. A healing journey guided by meditative frequencies to invoke a state of calm, relaxation, equanimity, and surrender. A brief intake form will be sent to you prior to your session, which will allow us to make your experience tailored, and unique. This is a one-day event that we host monthly. Spots are limited and by the hour. You can book this session for just yourself, or for you and a loved one, friend, or partner.
